Darwis Triadi

Born in Solo, Indonesia on October 15, 1954, I started my career as a photographer in 1980 after resigning from being a pilot for 2 years. Working as a commercial photographer since 1983 I progressed to having my own school of photography in 2002, which still operates until this day. In 2008 I gradually started to cut down my commercial work activities, focusing more on teaching at the Darwis Triadi School of Photography and giving workshops and seminars at universities, governmental institutions and photography communities.

Other than teaching, I still do personal and corporate photo taking.
Exploring and creating art is my passion in photography..
